Somatic Breathwork Journey - Virtual

Let go of the pressure… Breathe in your peace

Are you feeling pressure… at work? At home? In your relationships? Do you want to reconnect with the vibrant and carefree person you know lives inside you? Then come join in this group Somatic Breathwork Journey.

Your breath is a surprisingly powerful tool and in this event we’ll use it to help you let go of stress, anxiety, and heaviness, and breathe in how you ultimately want to feel each day from the moment you wake up in the morning.

*Note: this somatic breathwork journey will be held virtually, over Zoom. That means that wherever you are in the world, you are welcome to participate! If you’ve never done a virtual breathwork session, you’re in for a powerful treat.

SOMATIC BREATHWORK IS AN EMBODIMENT EXPERIENCE THAT TAKES YOU OUT OF YOUR THINKING MIND AND INTO YOUR BODY’S ELECTRICAL NETWORK- YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM.

We use conscious breathing techniques, rhythmic music, and verbal cues to guide you through a transformational experience that can feel cathartic, deeply peaceful, and clarifying.

Using your breath to activate your nervous system, you’ll stay anchored in the present moment, bring awareness to stress you’ve been holding onto and emotions you’ve been suppressing, and let them go. That can look like moving, shaking, yelling, crying, laughing, or simply breathing.

You’ll sweep away beliefs or stories in the mind that have been holding you back and reconnect with how you truly want to feel and show up in the world each day.

*Somatic Breathwork is NOT just a way to relax or deal with stress.

By re-connecting the power of your mind with the innate wisdom of your body, Somatic Breathwork is a tool for self-discovery, reconnecting with your authentic self, and regulating your nervous system.

What surprised me most was how connected I felt to my body again. I carry a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and back, and during the breathwork, I could actually feel those areas activate and release. It was such a deep sense of relief.

I loved the breathwork and I feel like I’m still integrating all of what it offered. I’m calmer, clearer, opening to love and ever so grateful.

My somatic breathwork session was an intense, positive experience. The session helped me release tension I didn’t realize I was holding and left me feeling calm and relaxed. It was powerful and healing. I would recommend this for anyone looking to let go of stored emotions. Thank you Jen 🙏

I wanted to express deep gratitude for yesterday’s experience. I didn’t know what to expect physically, emotionally, mentally but I loved your way of guiding us through the practice. You helped me really tap into my why with self compassion which I’ve struggled with throughout my life as well. I felt a significant release and more acceptance. It was a very moving experience. Appreciate you providing such a safe and accepting space and practice ❤️

Hi! I’m Jen.

I’m a SOMA+IQ™ Somatic Breathwork Facilitator and Holistic Burnout Recovery Coach.

I’ll be your guide.

Somatic Breathwork has been the missing piece I needed to finally overcome anxiety and mindsets that have held me back in the past- like perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and a fear of being seen. It’s even helped me deal with the biggest source of stress in my life - my mother’s declining health and my fear of losing her.

The internal transformation I’ve experienced is so powerful, that I felt drawn to become trained as a practitioner so I could share Somatic Breathwork with others.

That’s where you come in. The only way to truly understand the impact Somatic Breathwork can make in your life is to experience it yourself.
