I’m so excited to be leading a workshop at the Mindful Development Professional Wellness Mini-Retreat: Body, Breath & Bliss
This professional development mini-retreat is organized by Kileen Gilroy, founder and executive director of Mindful Development, a non-profit that provides meaningful professional development opportunities that integrate holistic leadership, mindful modalities, and promote the social and emotional health of individuals and organizations.
My workshop at the retreat will focus on what your BREATH has to do with your nervous system and the way your body and mind process stress. I’ll be teaching a couple of my favorite simple breathwork practices, including a short Somatic Breathwork practice that you can do every day to feel more calm, focused, and energized!
What: A professional development mini wellness retreat where you’ll be given the space and skills you need to become a stronger leader and show up more fully at work- and for yourself. There will be yoga, a beach walk, breathwork, a reiki meditation and sound bath, and more!
Who: Professional adults, all genders
Where: On the beach in Narragansett, Rhode Island

Why: If we want stronger organizations and institutional systems in our society, we need to focus on the physical, mental, and emotional health of the humans who run those organizations and systems.

combatting stress,
increasing your energy, and
cultivating more work-life balance and joy in your life
…all in a safe and supportive environment .
Topics to be covered include nutrition, sleep, de-stressing through nervous system regulation, and more!
This is an in-person group program, led by me (Jennifer Costanza) and hosted by the Town of East Greenwich, RI.
